GIVING OUR POWER AWAY TO TREATMENTS AND MODALITIES.

When I give my power away to any treatment by making it the source of the healing, then it will only be a temporary healing within the parameter of the modality or treatment vibration. When I put all the importance of the results into the form of therapy or treatment then, I loose power as I give it to the therapy. The power that heals me from the therapy is the power I give it, not the virtual power I think it has, if it actually has power in the first place. The true miracle power in any therapy is the power that unlocks or unblocks the healing power within. This power is in fact the Source, Qi, Life Force, Universe, Great Spirit or God Space or any of the multitudes of labels that it has been given throughout time.

Modalities, tools, processes, exercises, therapies, procedures, consciousness systems of self discovery of all kinds from the beginning of time are all the same. All of these have the ability to channel a certain parameter of energy but, they are just vehicles, guidelines and paths to access the innate power within each of us. Isn’t it interesting that these vehicles only work when I am involved in the process? If I’m not involved, they have no life and create nothing.

To show the amazing power we all hold is to notice that two people can both do the same style of massage on the same person and yet have different results. Two people can do the same style of energy healing and still have different results. Two people can receive the same energy treatment and one totally believes in the form of treatment and the other one thinks it may work and will “give it a try and see what happens”. Which one gets the greater result? What causes the greater result?

The power that shape-shifts my reality and causes what I might call a healing is, quite often, my own power directed through that particular healing vehicle and then reflected back to me. This power can be enhanced or reduced by the practitioner’s intention. The intention of higher levels of consciousness to heal the other without a need for self gain, invokes the synergy of theirs and my energy that then invites the Source, Universe or God energy, whatever you want to call it, to create an output far greater than the sum of the parts. Miraculous healings created from this dynamic have been recorded and past down from the beginning of time on this third rock from the Sun. In this scenario, BOTH parties are healed and their vibrations rise as each is infused with Divine intention.

Unfortunately in these days of high competition business to survive, the practitioners goal for me to be healed is quite often cloaked in having me indebted to them for the healing so I will come back and they can make a living. The hit their Ego gets is the surge of YOUR power I give them. The perceived healing I get is just enough to keep me plugged in. In this scenario, no real healing takes place and both are trapped in the endless cycle of Ego gratification ensuring a continuation. Intentions within this domain are laced with statements such as “The Best”, most powerful, the only way, for the first time, you have to, never before seen, best kept secret, special tools to unlock your power, at last, and so on. I’m sure you get the picture.

So does this mean that we should not do any therapies or treatments … most definitely not.
Power refers broadly to any ability to effect change . When I give my power away, I give away my ability to effect change and responsibility for that change to the other person or modality etc. When I maintain my power, my ability to effect change and take responsibility for it is deliberate and ensures that it remains a more sustainable change.

If I stay in my power and take ownership for any change effected, then I can use ANY modality or treatment and achieve deeper, more profound results. Allowing the techniques to guide me in a way that accesses my latent healing potential that is always there, gives me control of how to effect the change I require. The modalities can give me an opportunity to pull aside the veil of my limiting beliefs and judgments and tap into my unlimited well of Life Force to be directed to create the desired healing. By staying in my power as THE healer, I attract more power through the modality and practitioner to effect a more profound change.

So … what is my power and how do I stay in it?
The simplicity of this answer will have you reeling in disbelief. Actually, the answer is made up of 4 parts but it’s still simple.

The first is AWARENESS.
Power is awareness. Awareness senses and detects EVERYTHING through more than just the known 6 senses. Have you ever been aware of something and not know what it is? It’s something you may feel. Walk in the forest on your own for awhile and you start to become very aware of the creaks and cracks and noises etc to the point sometimes of sensing animals around you. One of the attributes of awareness is to feel on a most profound level. Through awareness you are able to notice differences and the more you tune or heighten or increase your awareness, the more possibilities, options, potentials and influences you are able to access.
Very simply, the power of awareness is that it puts you in the optimum position to create change.

The second part is DECIDING.
Power is the ability to decide. Deciding ends something and begins something else. When I decide to get out of bed in the morning, it ends sleep and relaxation and begins the process of getting into the day. It stimulates the body to move and throw the legs out of bed. Have you ever notice how confusing and disempowering it is when you can’t decide something. You run back and forwards from one idea to another and changing your mind and creating all sorts of debilitating emotions, judgments and feelings that only confuse the issue even more. Those painful inner cry’s of anguish, “I don’t know what to do and I can’t decide”. Now after all this, how did it feel when you decided? Did you notice also that once you decided, all the anguish and the back and forwards stopped. It was as if the whole Universe was waiting for you to decide and as soon as you did, everything changed.
So, very simply, the power of deciding is that it ends one thing and begins something else.

The third part is INTENTION.
The power of intention is the conduit or channel that energy flows along toward something. An intention will manifest in the physical world by shifting something from ethereal energy into an experiential form. An example might be when I decided to wash the car, that’s my decision, and my intention is to do it on Saturday. So the intention creates the actions of clear my schedule to make the time, pick up the car wash on the way home, get the buckets, and drag the hose out etc. etc. until the car is washed. The intention supplied all the energy necessary to manifest in the world my car being washed.
So, very simply, the power of intention is being the channel for the supply of creative energy that manifest in the world.

The forth part is FEELING.
Now let’s not confuse feeling with feelings, they are two very different things from two very different domains of existence. Feeling is the ability to experience and experiencing takes into account all aspects of any situation or event incorporating all the senses including awareness. Feeling is non-judgmental, non-descriptive and definition-less. It is an ability of the High Self.
Feelings on the other hand, are created in the mind by the Ego, creating various sensations in the body that are translated into meaning. Feelings always have a definition, judgment or description attached to them such as, I’m feeling angry because he let me down, or I’m really disappointed in you because you stole from me. Feelings are created by the Ego in association with the body to make experiences for the High Self or Spirit to experience or feel.
So, very simply, the power of feeling is the ability to experience something from High Self.
Feeling is that thing that underlines and permeates Awareness, Deciding and Intention. All these things are things you experience. You experience awareness because quite often you can’t explain or describe what it is you are aware of. You experience deciding by feeling a shift from one experience to another. You experience Intention as a subtle guiding force that you feel drawing you along toward a goal. Experiencing is feeling, without definition, judgment or description.
So, simply, to stay in your power is to deliberately feel.
By deliberately feeling, you will always be aware of differences and intuitively know by feel, what is the right course of action for you to take.
By deliberately feeling you will know when you are in a place of indecision and be able to feel, what is the right decision to make, and know when you have truly decided by how it feels.
By deliberately feeling, you will know when your intention is in by feeling the flow of energy drawing you toward your goal.

So, simply put, how to not give up your power is to stay in feel and not get caught up in the Egos feelings.

At your next therapy session of whatever it is, try this.
Be aware of how you feel before you enter the session and all the way through.
Decide to not describe anything you are feeling and intend, to just experience it without resistance.
Appreciate yourself as the healer in the session and the practitioner as the guide only. Know that if you were not here, there would be no healing.

You are the deciding factor.

The Human Experience

If we have come here to have a Human Experience then………….why do we resist being human?

This human experience is designed to offer the most comprehensive opportunities for spiritual evolvement and karmic integration and yet the majority of the planet is happy to stay small and hang out in the egos domain and avoid experiencing.
The ego resists because it can’t experience anything.
The soul experiences and dissolves resistance.
When I feel any resistance to any experience, I know I am identified AS my ego. When I am experiencing anything ie., feeling without definition, judgment or description, I am identified as my soul, through my ego.
I don’t believe there is anything wrong with my ego because, without it I couldn’t experience anything of this Human Experience. The ego is the creator of my identities, beliefs, judgments and definitions that enable me to have an experience. It creates the circumstances and attracts other players for me to experience things so I can learn and evolve. How could you experience being a victim if you didn’t wear the coat/identity of victim and believe that everyone is out to get you and you can’t defend yourself and you’re powerless to change anything and all the other necessary beliefs and judgments that make up a victim identity. How could you learn to stand up for yourself and NOT be a victim if you have never been a victim? How can you learn to be self-empowered if you’ve never been dis-empowered? How can you learn to let go of control if you have never needed to be in control?
My Ego is my friend and when I don’t resist the lessons and opportunities it provides for me, it is happy to let me have the experience. When I resist experiencing my Ego’s lessons and opportunities, it resist back and creates an endless loop of suffering and discouragement.
Everything created by this Human Experience has only one purpose, TO BE EXPERIENCED.
Once it is fully experienced it naturally returns back to consciousness…effortlessly.
Isn’t it ironic we have never been taught how to experience something…until now?
Maybe we just need to learn a way to bypass the ego mind domain and be able to just experience from High Self. Maybe it’s far easier than some spiritual identities would have you believe.
The Huna viewpoint addresses the issue from the relationship between the low-self (body), middle-self (ego mind) and High Self (spirit) and the harmonious creating of the synergistic higher intention for all three.
Maybe it is this simple…………………..if you want it to be.
